The sending was helping in being will to ship to an alternative address however, they provided tracking information 2 days before the item was sent and then checked my address again so there were definitely inconsistencies in the information. When I queried this it was suddenly a stock issue, yet says dispatched and had tracking. Later asked for a refund which they agreed to but it hasn't been done. I've needed to raise a case with eBay directly. Please be cautious of this seller
