    Does what it's supposed to but noisy

    I'm taking into account it's a heatsink/fan for a server, and noise shouldn't be a concern in a server room, but this thing sounds like a jet engine when it's running full speed! Works very well though, keeps a 4322HE chip from ever getting even close to too hot, including when it's in its "turbo" mode and running all cores. It comes with thermal paste pre-applied...I cleaned it off and used Arctic Silver, so can't testify to the preinstalled stuff.
