After not receiving a shipping notification as advertised, I reached out to them and was told the unit that was advertised for sale had a problem and they’d have to get a new one in before my order could be filled. No notification of a problem and that the order was delayed. When I received the order, it was covered with paint overspray all over the interior of the unit. Poor communication! I was informed the paint overspray shouldn’t harm the unit. Let’s hope a lifetime warranty is honored!
