    Even better with two!

    I owned a single FLIP4 for several months and saw a great deal to buy a second. In smaller spaces (and even in larger spaces) this speaker is pretty freaking amazing. It has a very satisfying bass and provides a full sound in a tiny waterproof package. When you add a second FLIP4 into the mix and create a stereo pair via the JBL Connect app, the sound is truly fantastic. If you place them equally spaced against a wall you will get a very nice soundstage and a fuller bass response. The JBL Connect app is just ok. It's glitchy. It takes it a couple of minutes to recognize both speakers and sometimes you have to restart it when you turn your device screen off and then try to go back to the app. An annoyance but not a deal breaker. It also shows you the battery status for both ...

    Great speaker.

    Very good sound. Not quite as good as the Bose, to my untrained ear, but for many types of music and uses the difference won't be noticeable. Further, this is a much better deal, a more flexible design, and feels very durable. I'm very pleased.

    Awesome little package.

    There's so much to like... fairly compact, good looking, acceptable battery life per charge, reasonably priced, easy to connect as well as "click of a button" to add multiple units of the same connection generation from JBL, a 3.5mm mini connector that was dropped from the next gen Flip 5 & 6 and decent bass for such a small package... after all, nothing this small is going to replace a 12" powered sub from a home system! I now have 3 of these and probably will round it off with one more.
