    Complete package. I have not finished the installation yet but the 26" kit that I purchased works seamlessly on a Rad Rover that was damaged by the hurricane two years ago.     Build your own ebike for half the price of a new one from a company that's pre- built and over-priced

    Good rear hub ebike hub. Easy install. Only downside is you have to buy another flywheel/rear gears, cog thing. Other kits I have bought came with a cog, tire, tube and rim strip to cover the spoke heads from popping your tube. I use a 48 v 13 ah tube slide on battery. Good acceleration and ride. Don't get ripped off by a company that builds a small motor small abttery ebike New for $1200. Save money and use your old bike in the garage and install this kei in under an hour and get double the spped and power of a off the shelf name brand ebike from a company.....

    Works great after some frustrations getting it all working.

    Better instructions in the supplement would have been nice. I had to dig up info on each part to confirm I was installing it properly. I had to add a liner to the rim. Lost 3 tubes before I installed the liner. A protective wheel liner in my opinion should have been our installed. Once I had everything installed and the tube issue fixed, it has worked great. Would have loved to give a better rating but installation was frustrating. I was building it for my son who, because of a neurological issue, needs a little help riding a bike. A be very disappointing evenings he couldn’t use it as expected because I had to get replacement tubes and other things I needed to install it. live a good distance from the closest store.

    350W is plenty speed

    I have had a similar 350W kit installed and used for a year but this one is much stronger. Unsure if the new 48V 20AH battery made a different. If you press the throttle in can easily spin\burn rubber if you do not lean forward to put some weight in front. The motor is slightly warm after half hour ride. Max speed 25MPH and average WAT usage on the cycle computer is 350, but sometime max at 900w
