Computer had obvious display glitches and dark spots. After reaching out to the seller, they offered no apology or concern for my inconvenience. Their only response was generic instructions to return. Three days passed after seller received item back and I still hadn’t received a refund. eBay had to step in for the refund to be completed. Disappointing to see a seller specializing in technology fall short on testing a display and provide abysmal customer service.
