This little unit is heavy, but it is kind of neat looking. I like it that you can roll it around, I've been disabled with a bad back everything's heavy. I think it'll work quite lovely in my little 600 square-foot apartment with two rooms, I can move it from the bedroom window outlet, too the sliding glass door outlet. hey8000 BTU will cool off for 230 ft.² area. I need it at 250 ft.² area, but the 10,000 produces a 350 Square-foot area, which would mean an overkill and more elec
