Very responsible seller. The color did not match my Honda fuel tank (well it was red) and one of their customer relations folks worked really hard to find a way to fix it. But, without shipping them part of the bike in the color, it wasn't possible. I truly appreciate his efforts. They refunded my purchase price so they deserve a positive rating. (I tried to post a photo but even though eBay said I could upload up to 5, they didn't provide a way to do it. Go figure.)
