Features provided by this Sony DVD player include a SmoothScan search feature, a SmoothSlow reverse and forward feature, and a virtual enhanced surround feature. Parental controls are available on the Sony DVD player, so that parents can ensure that their children do not have access to DVD videos of a certain rating. When I tried to get a refund and send it back they only offered me 50% of what I paid even though they advertised 100% return guarantee for 30 days. I had it 2 days. I will take the $10 I got back and repair what it needs. Maybe it will work, maybe not. Will find out later. Hard to order any electronic equip and be sure it will work at arival.

    Buy za different Sony DVD changer.

    I have bought two of these "used". The first one lit up b ut would not play any disc. The second one took me w hours of messing around pushing various buttons and I finally got a CD to play on it. Even at that, half the functions such as "disc skip" did not work at all. I have another Sony that works flaswlessly. Skip this model number. Too many flaws.

    Easy to use but couldn't hear it.

    I received this unit and connected it where my single dvd unit was plugged in. The unit worked perfectly except for the sound. The unit had sound but I could not turn up the sound enough to hear the movies as they played.
