The seller did nothing wrong but these Ariat boots are not the quality of Ariat boots that I have bought in the past. I don't recommend them to anyone. They are supposed to be a 10.5 medium width. They fit poorly. They feel like a 11 or 11.5. The materials are not of the same quality that they used to be. They are thin compared to what I am accustomed to from Ariat. I wore them once and they walked back and forth on my foot.
