It took over a month to get the item and it arrived broken. The seller was responsive until the item finally arrived. I attempted to reach the seller but no response. The item was beautiful but not packed in a manner that would protect the glass item inside. It was in a styrofoam box with no other packaging.

One bowl was broken into many pieces during delivery. I did contact the seller and asked if they could replace the bowl. They responded that they did not have any more of the bowls. I did not receive any offer of a partial refund, but I considered the purchase price a good bargain to start with, so I will not seek further action and hope to find the extra bowl from another seller.
