Revision: due to excellent communication from the seller and their eagerness to resolve our issue I have revised my review to a positive one. I still recommend recipients of this product weigh the solder if they are concerned the package- labeled 20g- is indeed short like mine was.
Original comment: Weigh the solder before using!!! Soldering station seems to work ok, but was shorted on solder. The package of solder was opened within the box and only weighed 12g, though the packaging was marked20
