I had ordered 15 items and received 4 separate packages, despite only 2 tracking numbers were provided. One package was misrouted multiple times by USPS and arrived 5 days AFTER the listing showed the item was delivered. This was due to items being in a box with a completely different tracking number not provided by seller. Sent multiple messages about the missing items and got nothing but crickets. Seller needs to provide ALL tracking numbers if order is split

I guess what I'd recommend is, please don't ship via UPS anymore. UPS customer service is horrible.
