I have been trying to contact them for 4 days now and all I get is automated message saying they will deal with my request as a matter of urgency which is hardly urgent! The item suppose to arrive last week and I still haven’t got it or any tracking number and I am still unable to speak to the seller. I ordered egg chair so it’s a large and heavy item and I have to be home when delivery arrives as this would not fit in my car to collect form a depot.

I am extremely happy with this purchase and as you can see yourself from the pictures provided apart from a tiny crease in the top of the plastic tub lip and the exterior having dry residue from another damaged tub it's still 99% perfect and the price was fantastic too! I would highly recommend this sellers quality service to anyone interested 😁🙌
