    Good product for price

    Needs careful positioning to get screws into flat part of tailgate metal. Also needed some trimming as the rubber covered the gate latch mechanism. I also added some screws along the sides to keep it flat. The heavy material will last and do a good job.

    Heavy durable rubber, very thick.

    The Mat was the wrong size by approx. 6 in. & the product was very thick making it almost impossible to cut. Although I will admit the Mat was made of durable rubber. I returned the product.

    As advertised

    This is as advertised: heavy duty, easily trimmed to fit. Having location of the screws identified and indented is very helpful. A suggestion is to have the screws as self-drilling, I bought self-drilling rust free for 39 cents and it makes the install just a bit faster and is a bit nicer finished look.

    Not a custom fit. Requires cutting. But overall good quality.

    No doubt the rubber is thick and made of good quality. Cutting to fit is required. Took me like 30 mins with a razor. Even using all the screws the mat doesn't sit flush along the edges. If you're looking for a perfect fit right out the box, this isn't for you, regardless of what the title or description says.
