It makes my hair feel so good. I use the 7 second shampoo and conditioner and then comb through a leave in. I then comb through the blow dry cream and blow dry 80 percent dry. Section.it into five and start on bottom. Your hair comes out amazing and to finish I touch up fly ends with flat iron and then their GO365 hair spray
