Speaker was listed as new open box in good condition but came in a severly damaged, taped back together box with a "amazon refuurbished" paper inside. Overall appeared in good but clearly USED condition, except a large crack in top of casing but doesnt affect function. Could have happened in shipping but listing as new open box vs refurbished is not cool. Still decent for the price though.

The product was exactly as described and arrived lightning quick! One suggestion is to double wrap future orders in waterproof packaging. My items were wrapped in plain brown paper which got very wet as we had rain the day it arrived. The boxes inside did get wet, but dried well and did not suffer any damage. I would definitely order from this seller again!
