Everything was as pictured and sent in a timely fashion, Not sellers fault in the slightest. The problem is the absolute sh!t quality these are. Very cheap Chinese "Alloy" that failed right at the groove and unraveled like piano wire. Alloy of what, some re-casted copper mixed with paper mache? Thankfully didn't mess up the threads on the shifter; stay away from these things.
