The other three were putting out 12 volts instead of the required 1.5 volts. I was going to use the one good board (outputting 1.485 vdc) on a converted LED solar light that only needed 1.2 volts from hard-wired a 12vdc source. Before I actually installed it in the fixture, I again tested it with a multi-meter. This time, it failed. Was putting out 11.67 volts. Seller gave me a full refund. No harm, no foul.

Bought one on Ebay and the guy sent some other item (not this seller) So next time around I bought 2 USED items figuring better chance of early arrival and at least one would work.
