    easy to use

    This unit is so easy to use all my bartenders and I really like using the autofry you never have to worry about the food your cooking burning just drop the food in the top and press the programmed time button walk away and a few minutes later its cooked to perfection stay's hot and ready to serve under the heat lamp does not drip messy hot fry oil all over the place never have to worry about getting burned or ruining those beautiful clothes your wearing, its just so much better then an open deep fryer, which uses twice as much oil and loses a lot of heat being wide open under the exhaust system, as a matter of fact you do not even need an exhaust system for this unit. I haven't found any bad points about this system yet. it's Evan easier to clean and operate then an open gas deep fryer.
