Great stylus that outperforms many others
I'm no audiophile but have tried several new and different makes and shapes (conical, elliptical etc) of stylus over the years and in a simple "ears only" comparison the Nagaoka T4P outperformed them all and seems to be able to dig out much more detail from the tracks than others. Given it's a conical stylus I wasn't expecting too much but I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised - the sound produced is way cleaner, clearer and way more detailed than any stylus I've tried so far ........ some can sound quite "muddy" and but not this one. I did have to tweak the tracking weight a bit to get the best out of it, but it's was well worth the effort. Not the cheapest around, and as it came from Japan the additional Customs and Royal mail handling charges upped the cost by £13, but you get ...
