When I rcvd this keychain, the metal was tarnished/peeled. When I contacted seller, they said they had inspected it before shipping & that it was not shipped in that condition. When I asked for a reimbursement, they acted like they were doing ME a favor for returning defective merchandise! No wonder they only had one left & price dropped it! Totally absurd & unacceptable. NEVER again will I do business with them & neither should you!

We tried to work with this buyer but to no avail! firstly, she claimed that the order was not delivered, even though tracking shows order was delivered to address of record, failed on that, then claimed that she received it but defective even though the listing pics show no defects; we attempted to work with her, offering her a full refund thru the eBay return portal but she wanted to return directly to us or give us a negative review! We love and appreciate our customers
