    The product I ordered was not as described. Ordered a new product and received a used product that was missing some things from original packaging. When I tried to get a refund and send it back they only offered me 50% of what I paid even though they advertised 100% return guarantee for 30 days. I had it 2 days. I will take the $10 I got back and repair what it needs. Maybe it will work, maybe not. Will find out later. Hard to order any electronic equip and be sure it will work at arival.

    Good value!

    I bought this particular Blu-Ray as it was pre-loaded with Spotify. Very user-friendly and easy to navigate from disc to one of the apps (Netflix, Spotify, etc.). The only issue I've had is an occasional "freezing up", but that has always been solved by resetting thru the power cord. Very good value for the price, and it doesn't act up enough to annoy me. I liked it enough to buy a 2nd one.

    Not as good as I'd hoped

    Got this brand to be the same as my TV. The link between it and the TV is good, but the wifi is super slow. I used to have a Roku connected to this TV, and found it much easier to navigate with its controller than this machine is. Worse, the only way I can see my own videos on my home network is to use the super slow "Smart Share," from LG. It is glitchy and I'd rather use my Plex since it just will not add new titles as I add them on my PC. The quality of streaming is not as good as the Roku was, either. Yes, I updated the firmware, but this just seems to be a great idea that needs some tweaking.

    LG for the save

    The LG BP350 replaced my worn out blu-ray dvd player. With the same features I had before it was a great replacement. This unit paired nicely with my LG smart tv. The navigation of apps and menus were much easier to operate then the unit it replaced. Using the same HDMI input and cable I was surprised at the difference in picture quality the BP350 had.

    Great Picture and Upscaling

    After years of putting up with another very short-lived brand, because it was good during the short time it lasted, I finally gave up. I decided to try out this LG model. I don't have any need for the more expensive 4K models and was just looking for something to play my Blurays and DVDs. I have the wifi on my modem turned off, so when the setup came to connecting the wifi, I just hit the home button to bypass it. This player has beautiful picture quality, great DVD upscaling, and doesn't distort the video on the Blurays, as many do. I'm so happy with it, I just ordered a second one. I don't need the second one right now, but I don't know if it will be available in the future, so I'll just put it away until I do.
