This is a great stepper for the price! My 17 yr old put it together for me. This was shipped quickly, but it wasn't handled correctly during shipping. The box had two cuts in it. When I opened the box the styrofoam was broken inside also. Some pieces had the paint scratched off. Nothing was dented though. I'm not able to leave pictures or I would definitely post them.
