      the item was dated. unfortunately mascara was totally dry and no "Effet Faux Cils" at all. i wrote about it to the seller and the seller first asked to send the item back (which would cost me a fortune since i have to use additional postage company from Georgia), after that seller agreed to refund. but money for postage were not refunded so i just lost $4.41 for item i had to throw away since its not usable. would not call it positive experience unfortunately.

      THICK, WAXY, CLUMPY FORMULA

      Heavy, waxy formula made my curled lashes droop within 30 minutes. Comb type applicator was ineffective for spreading without clumps. A HOT MESS.
