DIFFERENT than I expected - Bulbs flash very rapidly 3-times, pause; do this a total of 4 times before they switch to constant ON.
Replaced incandescent 2 Bulbs in my High Mounted Brake Light with these, hoping "a little flashing" would get people's attention back on driving and reduce the likelihood of being hit from behind.
These are WAY TOO FLASHY for me. Not sure I could talk a cop out ticketing me for these.
