I called A.C.R. at their toll free number and spoke with a representative about my issues. They were apologetic and agreed that the best thing was to issue a full refund. I am disappointed that the PCM did not work as advertised BUT their Customer Service is outstanding. I am sure this is the reason that they have 98% positive feedback.
