    Hi, Maysville Manufacturing recently received the K698 Fanuc Servo Control Board without knowledge of ever purchasing it. We requested a return, yet due to Kera's no return policy, our request was denied. Attached is a photo of the Order Details page connected to this order, and if you will notice, the time of purchase is 5:00 AM. At this time, no one would have even been present at that time to make this order. We ask for an exception to your policy and we will return the board as we got it.
