  • Brought my computer back to life!

My Mac is faster than ever now! Great find, great price, saved my computer and now it's like brand new again!

  • mid 2013 MacBook Air 13" SSD replaced successfully

My MacBook Air (mid 2013) died, and the most likely cause was the SSD. Recovery functions, etc. were working. The replacement came quickly, and in my eagerness to revive the machine, I tried using it as supplied. While it booted and ran many things as expected, I discovered while attempting to update that it thought it was a MacBook Pro. Bad. Back to square one... erase and reformat using Apple's built-in recovery tools. Now it works as it should. Highly recommended!

  • Work as Expected

Recevied the SSD in relatively short time, packaged in a anti-static bag. Installed the SSD and follow Apple Internet recovery procedure with out issue. Then restore MBP with all original files and iOS using Time Machine.

  • Works in my late 2013 iMac no issues.

His is made for a MacBook, but it works in late 2013 iMacs too. Even if you didn't buy a SSD with it.

  • OEM vs After market

This S.M.A.R.T. Status enabled PCI Express Solid State Drive is nice. I feel its always better to go with OEM in my Apple Macbook Pro Retina Laptops. Samsung consistently beats the others in comparison tests for SSD's.
