The items I ordered (3 total) all arrived in good condition, well packaged to prevent damage. Everything that follows relates to the manufacturer, JTT: the trees look nothing like the only photos they provide the seller. Even on the JTT store site, there are no other photos. Best I can say is, again, I appreciated the sellers efforts, but the JTT items are really poor quality.
