Fortunately it arrived faster than estimated. This was not the shippers fault. The item was labeled open box and other than a difficulty with settings and a case I put it in the Phone is flawless. It has been awhile since I setup a new phone. SO I must say it was an AAA+++ experience al the way. I am not a big fan of USPS because of their tracking but again not his fault.

I see why his feedback score is so high. I’m very pleased with the phone and learning the new features that accompany it. It’s slim with a great camera and enhances the features of the 9+. The only drawback is the phone does not have an interior magnet, so if you use a car mount, just put the magnetic disc in between the case and the phone and you’re good to go.
