It's nice to have metal where there was polymer.. The raised design makes it easier to disassemble, the raised design gives you a spot for your thumb to hold/push on for removal of the firing pin. Is a GREAT feature for a guy who is missing a thumb, can push on it with any finger for the disassembly.. So I personally love it,, mostly because it is a metal part. And a cool design.

I would highly recommend this seller. We had trouble with shipping (not the seller's fault whatsoever).
