    It was not the seller that presented problems - it is eBay that could not be reached by customer. You are set up to get answers to your specific questions only thereby not allowing buyer to try to reach customer service for another issue. ALL I WAS TRYING TO TELL YOU THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT AND PRODUCT COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE DELIVERED. People move, as I did almost 4 years ago.

    The first order I placed had confusing nomenclature as for what was being order versus what was delivered. I got ten bobbins, but not the bobbins PLUS bobbin case I was expecting. The vendor explained the situation. I said "OK, fine. I will order the other thing I was wanting to be included." So I ordered an actual bobbin case. What was delivered was two bobbins. Done with this vendor.
