Nice little rig for running and protecting an active external drive. No overheating issues with a 10-TB WD drive. Has a built-in ON / OFF button. WARNING: Need to be careful when lifting the unit as the lid comes off quite easily, so the base part housing the hard drive can fall to the floor if you are not careful. I tape the lid to the main housing to avoid this issue. I also mounted self-adhesive rubber cushions at each corner of the base unit to reduce vibration on a flat surface.
