Less Sneezing and Coughing after one month!
I adopted Cotton 11 years ago from Pasadena Animal Shelter. She always seems she having a bit of cold with minor sneezing and coughing. Cotton had a bad cold/flu last month, so I took her to the vet. The vet recommended giving her 300mg L-Lysine on daily basis. After taken it for a month. I notice significant of improvement with her sneezing and coughing. BUT, my cats do not like it in their food. Perhaps if you give your cats wet food, they might not taste it as much. For me, just sprinkling it over their dry food caused them to not eat their food! I have acquired several cats that have strayed in and stayed. One of my newest arrivals had eyes that regularly looked crusty and sore. I tried several things then stumbled on L-lysine while doing research. This Tomlyn is the cheapest product of the powdered kind I have found for cats. My cats eat it willingly on their wet food, and within a few days Gordy was looking great. I plan to start a once weekly dose to keep them all healthy. Easy to feed
We were crushing up lysine tablets to sprinkle on our cats food (she has feline herpes virus) but this is so much easier, comes with a measuring scoop and she seems to like the tastes better than plain lysine. This is a wonderful product. L Lysine in its raw form is a very bitter substance. This product, however, is palatable to cats and mixed in with their food it is a breeze to administer.
