These were packaged in foam, included hardware and instructions (a bit hard to read) but most importantly - included the drilling template. I used a scuff pad to paint prep them and use a rattle can gloss black to make them pop. Look awesome on the car. Fit was pretty good. TIP: use Fascia Washers to help pull this against the body of the car!
