Printer was well packed for transit, although the paper tray was jammed into the printer. Good job I worked in micro engineering before retirement as I was able gently lever the paper tray out without doing any damage. Toner cartridges arrived separately from the printer, I was a little worried that these were missing but they arrived about 30 minutes later. Already had a print driver for this Samsung on computer so printer was soon set up and working perfectly.
