This order was paid for immediately and then cancelled due to their ship charge . The seller has not sent the package or refunded the money. I originally purchased three (3) lipsticks at $10 each. One was advertised at $4.20 for shipping. They did not see fit to combine shipping and went ahead and charged $4.00 shipping for each lipstick for a total of $12 for shipping three lipsticks. That must be their way of making extra money when they agree to a slightly lower price on their merchandise.

    product has changed

    over the years, I have probably bought over 100 of these eyeliners. in the past 2 years, everytime I put it on, one of two things either happens. the tip breaks off, or it doesn't draw on as dark and shiny as it used to. it's almost like a bland white instead of a silky silver. it' seems as if has been made different, or with cheaper ingredients.
