Order was packed well and received in a timely matter. I was able to successfully program both remotes but had a problem with the buttons not popping back up fast enough. I reached out to the seller and explained my issue. They tested other remotes and found that the buttons had a “slow return or slow pop up “. They suggested since my issue wouldn’t be resolved with a replacement to send back for a full refund. Will purchase other items from them. Five stars for great customer service.

Would definitely go back to this company in the future. Key cam well packaged. Had to cancel my appointment with the locksmith; found the key I was replacing. I told the company what happened and asked about a refund. Was told no problem, send it back-but be sure to go through Ebay when you do so that you get free return shipping. Thought that was pretty nice of them.
