The item arrived in good condition and had the appearancce to be correct. However when using the item it quickly became apparent that it was cheaply manufactured and became useless and completely siezed up after attempting to use it for its purpose of opening links on bicycle chains. Unfortunately this product is very poor quality and not fit for purpose.

When trying to remove a pin on another chain, it struggled to even turn and i eventually had to give up. Its not ergonomic so difficult to use when there is resistance. Overall i was a bit disappointed with the product.
