It is Good for the price. $20 & it’s easy to mold. Once you mold it you can talk with it In. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The value in it for sure. It’s a bit bulky , can be better , but for $20 I was happy with it. After you mold it , of course. @ 1st I wasn’t thinking it was a good purchase , but molding it was much easier than I anticipated and once you do that it is totally worth it. To save your teeth & help with clinching. When focused and/or deep in thought I will clinch my jaw to the point of almost cracking teeth. 🙂 🦷 It is Good for the price. $20 & it’s easy to mold. Did not hold up very long. Chewed threw it in about a month. Size if perfect and able to wear all night, just wished plastic was stronger or thicker.

A comfortable, inexpensive and effective solution to teeth grinding at night.
This, with quick/deft scissors work, fits comfortably and loosely in my mouth to prevent my teeth from contacting each other when I clench and grind my jaws during sleep. A very inexpensive and effective option to the hundreds of dollar solutions that several dentists proposed. Only one dentist recommended this type of avenue and guard. He was right.

Very uncomfortable
The stress guard night mouth piece is very uncomfortable. It is made from a cheap plastic and does not feel good on your gums. I was also an uncomfortable fit making my jaw feel out of place. After wearing it for 10 minutes my jaw was hurting. May work for others but did not work for me.
