After speaking to the seller, I believe this was an honest mistake as the boots size was marked with 10 but was difficult to know by the M# that it was a women's. (not the sellers fault) Seller offered a refund

The hat came with significant creases which is not depicted in the photos. The seller didn’t properly package the hat in the box. Instead of stuffing the cap which bubble wrap, they wrapped the hat in bubble wrap which caused the creasing. Seller didn’t think through on that.
