    Somewhat disappointed

    I was so excited about getting this product as I wanted something that I could use to get mine and my daughters roots straight as our hair is super thick also hoping it would save us some time too but it actually made no difference, not sure if it’s because it’s new that the heat hasn’t kicked in yet, or that I need to practice more but it’s quicker just to use my hair dryer and straightners
