I ended up with a bill from Fedex for nearly half the price of the urn! It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone at Fedex to query the bill so I ended up paying it which included a VAT charge which I already paid to Ebay! As I said the urn itself is beautiful and very well made and the seller was very helpful & responded quickly with my query.Reply from: remember.forever- Feedback replied by seller remember.forever.- Feedback replied by seller remember.forever.As I mentioned in the conversation, I am very sorry for that -we send a lot of parcels to the UK and if the parcel is correctly cleared by the customs office, the customer shouldn't get any customs duties .When shipping to the UK all charges are included in the item price. Unfortunately, it happens that the customs agency misinterprets customs documents, as in the case of your order - this may happen once in 100 orders.VAT cannot be collected twice and that's what happened with your order .
