I ordered a size 12 and they send me a size 11 and a half. Now I bought the shoes but I didn't wear them right away, so the window to return them has closed so now I'm stuck with these shoes that I can't even fit because they sent me the wrong size. Now they're unwilling to return them because of the window being closed but the shoes are still brand new I've never worn them. My opinion they should have been more willing to work with me because this was their mistake.
