The shrimp arrived at my address professionally packed; bagged and placed in a styrofoam container in a cardboard box. All 22 shrimp were alive on arrival. Similar sized juveniles about 1.5cm. At first I was concerned as the colors did not match the picture, but over the next week most turned very dark jade green while about 6/22 remained “color culls” and were more brown/yellow than green. Survivability has been high, only lost a few over the few weeks I have had them. The rest are thriving.

This seller is the best to deal with !!! The fish arrived healthy and almost identical to the picture. I am very pleased with the purchase and will look here first for any future purchases !!! They were shipped very professionally. Each fish was bagged separately inside a styrofoam box with a heat pack. They are still coloring up and already look great. Messages were answered quickly and they were a pleasure to deal with !!!

I never received my package. This was not the sellers fault. It arrived in my town but UPS just never delivered it. I told the seller about it and he refunded me the total amount paid. They didn't have to do that because they did everything that was expected from them. Excellent communication and customer service. Very honest seller and I highly recommend them.
