    I don't have any problem with seller however USPS is horrible the box is totally trashed I went to USPS office and told them this is unacceptable. I ordered this parts for cautionary reason I hope when I need to install it hopefully no problem with board. Seller should get back parcel fees

    The part arrived damaged. There was no cushioning in the OEM package so it could have broken a long time ago and the seller didn't realize it. The OEM packaging was packed into another box with cushioning but it would be pointless since it was likely damaged before that. The seller took their time in responding to my return request and eventually issued a refund. Incredibly, I RECEIVED THIS SAME EXACT BROKEN PART FROM ANOTHER EBAY SELLER! This seller put it back on the market for resale!!

    DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!! Ordered OEM GE WR12X25626 refrigerator handle KIT. As such, has all 3 handles in the KIT. My order arrived, with the box having been opened then resealed. Inside, only 1 handle was in the box. The packing was obviously changed from having 3 handles in it originally. The seller kept sending standardized responses for a week. I had to initiate a complaint with eBay to get them to authorize a return. A kit for $200+ dollars should have 3 handles. What a profit margin!
