Instructions were a little vague but if your installing this your clearly handy. I installed on my 04 grand Cherokee 4.0 with a skid plate, make sure you drop the bumper it will make life easier. I had to trim my skid plate so the side pieces mounted flush with it. Product is great and no complaints at all.
