    Fantastic insight into the human mind!

    This book was recommended to me by a local counsellor and I must say, it's one of the best that I have ever read of this genre. Skynner and Cleese make for an informative but not over heavy book which unravels the mysteries of why we are who we are and seeks to explain the tensions that all too often go on in family relationships. An ideal book either for the budding counsellor or anyone that wants to learn more about themselves and how they and the rest of the world tick!
