This is a very well-made brace and I believe it will help my sore elbow. I will recommend that if someone is close to being between sizes, that they order the smaller size. My arm measured at the lower end of Medium, but the Medium was too large and didn't provide the needed compression. The seller was great to work with and was very helpful.
